Linea experienced her own kundalini awakening in January 2018.
KUNDALINI YIN YOGA works deeply into the body with longer-held meditative resting poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. We are practicing pranayama breath of fire as an entry, which will make it easier to relax and soften into the poses.

YOGA NIDRA RELAXATION holds immense benefits for those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety.
